Pain in the back

Pain in the back, most often the low back area, is the man symptom. Others symptoms may be muscle weakness in the extremities (arms and legs), numbness and tingling in the feet or hands, and morning stiffness. Low back pain also can be symptomatic of diseases of the kidney, pancreas, abdomen, or bowel, and of osteoporosis. To have disc abnormalities without back pain is quite possible, as is back pain without any observable reason.
